Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your interaction with the TurkData Continuity analytics platform. Whether you are a casual visitor or a high-velocity data enterprise, these rules apply from the moment of first access.
01 Platform Licensing
TurkData Continuity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our proprietary data visualization tools. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our analytics engine. All intellectual property remains the sole property of TurkData Continuity.
02 System Integrity
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that compromise the stability of our infrastructure. This includes automated scraping, DDoS attempts, or utilizing the platform to host malicious scripts. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate access for any account that mirrors suspicious activity patterns.
03 Account Responsibility
You are the sole custodian of your credentials. Any data processed under your authentication is your legal responsibility. If you suspect a breach, you must notify our security team at info@turkdatacontinuity.digital within 24 hours.
Acceptable Use Guidelines
Data Mining
Commercial extraction of data for training third-party algorithms is strictly prohibited without a bespoke API license.
Security Probing
Penetration testing is only permitted via our formal Bug Bounty program. Unsolicited probing is considered a violation.
Account Sharing
Individual credentials must not be shared. Seats are allocated per user to maintain audit trails and security integrity.
Liability & Limitations
The legal nuances of high-stakes analytics requires clear boundaries of responsibility.
1. Warranty Disclaimer
TurkData Continuity provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for extreme precision in our data modeling, we do not warrant that the insights generated will be error-free or fulfill specific commercial outcomes.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurkData Continuity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event.
3. Modifications to Service
We evolve rapidly. TurkData Continuity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated via the email address on file or a prominent notice on our dashboard.
